excellent stay in a spacious suite
convenient locationexcellent viewscomfortable bedsspacious suite
the location proved convenient it was close to dining and shopping options i also walked through hyde park directly to the botanic gardens. my suite offered excellent views alongside generous space that easily accommodated my needs. i found comfortable beds with good bedding inside a spacious corner suite. laundry facilities were also a great addition to the apartment.
I had some minor issues with lift wait times and infrequent servicing. I waited more than 20 minutes multiple times.

housekeeping called to check if i needed extras so the attention to guest needs was evident throughout my visit. the staff was also helpful when i had specific queries providing prompt and useful responses. the initial greeting upon arrival was warm adding a personal touch to the stay

the apartment had a functional kitchen including appliances i needed also the bathrooms were well appointed. the living area was large enough for family to use and relax. the coffee machine provided was a great touch adding to the convenience

the location suited my needs. a nearby alley offered a variety of restaurants.
i faced a 30-minute wait for the lift because two were out of service. the remaining two lifts barely functioned and required manual operation. reception only had two staff members, resulting in chaos. guests were left waiting with no solution in place.

The suite's size was amazing. I especially liked the views! reception was so helpful. Callum was super friendly. i had plenty of room for my luggage and shopping! it's a place i can recommend.
The lift sometimes took a little while. I think it may have been a busy time.

our three-bedroom suite offered ample space for my group. it had a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for our family. we especially appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine in the suite, it helped reduce our luggage load. comfortable beds ensured restful sleep for everyone after long days.
the lifts experienced overcrowding and delays, so it often caused inconvenience when travelling between floors. this affected our ability to get to and from our room quickly.

the kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher, so preparing meals was easy. there was also a dining area with a table and chairs suitable for family dinners. the availability of cookware and utensils made self-catering convenient.

the staff assisted with our early check-in request, this was a great help. i found the reception staff courteous and very responsive to requests. they promptly addressed our inquiries regarding local attractions and directions .
